Information we receive
When you book an appointment or contact Element Studio, we receive information you provide, such as your name, phone number, email address, appointment details, service preferences, and the contents of your communications. Booking and payment providers process the information entered into their services.
How we use information
We use customer information to arrange and deliver services, manage deposits and appointments, answer inquiries, send requested appointment messages, maintain business records, and resolve service or payment questions. We currently send appointment-related texts only, not promotional text campaigns.
Website cookies and advertising measurement
This website uses a Google Ads tag and records clicks on Booksy booking links to help measure advertising results. Google may use cookies or similar technologies and process device, browser, online identifier, and interaction information for advertising measurement. Website hosting providers may process technical information, such as IP addresses and request logs, to deliver and secure the site. External resources, including Google Fonts, may receive technical request information when your browser loads them.

Service providers and information sharing
Information needed to provide our services may be processed by booking and payment providers such as Booksy, website hosting providers such as Netlify, and email, messaging, and telecommunications providers. These providers process information under their applicable terms and privacy notices. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or needed to address fraud, security, or legal claims.
Mobile phone numbers and appointment messaging consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Providers may process this information as needed to deliver appointment communications.
Business messaging
Appointment conversations may include your phone number, appointment details, and messages you send us. If you choose to communicate through Google RCS business messaging, you authorize the processing needed by Google, messaging partners, and carriers to provide that channel and protect against spam and abuse. Google may process messages sent by businesses to detect spam and improve spam-prevention models. See Google’s information about chats with businesses. Do not send payment card numbers, passwords, or other sensitive credentials by text; use the secure payment or booking process.
Your communication and privacy choices
Reply STOP to stop appointment texts, or contact us to change your communication preferences. Reply HELP or call the studio for assistance. Opting out does not cancel an existing appointment. You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information we hold. We will review requests and may need to verify your identity. Some information may need to be retained for business records, legal obligations, or dispute resolution. For information held directly by Booksy or another provider, use that provider’s privacy controls or contact them.
Retention and security
We retain customer information as needed to provide services, maintain appropriate business records, and meet legal obligations. We take reasonable steps to protect information, but no internet or messaging service can guarantee complete security.
