Appointments and services

Appointments may be reserved through Booksy or by contacting Element Studio. Service descriptions, prices, availability, and any required deposit are provided during booking. Additional services or changes to the service plan will be discussed before they are performed.

Deposits, rescheduling, and no-shows

A deposit is required to reserve your appointment. This deposit is applied toward your service and secures your reserved time. With at least 24 hours’ notice, we will gladly transfer your deposit to a new appointment. If you do not attend your appointment (a no-show), your deposit is forfeited.

For cancellations or rescheduling requests with less than 24 hours’ notice, please contact the studio directly. Any additional booking conditions will be disclosed before you reserve your appointment.

Appointment messages

Element Studio currently sends appointment-related messages, such as confirmations, reminders, scheduling updates, and replies to appointment questions. We do not currently send promotional text campaigns.

You can request appointment texts when booking or by contacting us. We send these messages with your permission. Message frequency depends on your appointments and conversations. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop appointment texts, or contact us to update your preferences. Reply HELP or call (816) 977-3378 for assistance. Opting out of messages does not cancel an appointment; please cancel or reschedule separately through Booksy or the studio.

Third-party services

Booksy handles online booking and related payment functions under its own terms and privacy policy. Messaging providers and carriers may also apply their own terms. Message delivery depends on the relevant provider and network.

Service questions and website use

Please tell us about relevant allergies, sensitivities, or service concerns before your appointment. Contact the studio promptly with questions about a completed service, a payment, or information on this website. Please use the website and messaging channels respectfully and only for lawful purposes.

Updates and contact

We may update these terms as our services change. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Changes to booking policies will be disclosed for future bookings; they do not silently alter a previously agreed booking.
